• With the advent the new financial year, HPE wished to host internal sales kick-off events across 3 cities – Cairo, Dubai & Doha
• Critical was to offer the HPE staff a captivating team building activity on-site
• EWA was mandated to manage the events end-to-end along with live telecast to remote teams in one of the instances

• Venue options were suited to the indoor/outdoor requirement of the event format
• Basic yet highly visible branding connected the teams as they came together to plan for yet another successful year
• Team building activity consisted of mini-tasks that the groups needed to complete before they were required to collaborate with everyone else to bring the final task to life – building a HPE city; putting together a giant HPE logo puzzle.
• Mini tasks awakened the inherent competitive spirit and had teams vying for top positions!
