HPE Reigniting Dormant Partners

The Challenge:
  • Our client, a Tech giant for servers and storage needed to reactivate its dormant partner base to start reselling their products while recruiting brand new partners.

  • We proposed an incentive plan delivered via a portal where client distributors could login to upload their leads.
  • Leader board view was one of the main highlights of the portal. The leader board showed the top performing partners which provided healthy competition and motivation for partners to win.
Results

The portal went live within 2 weeks with number of dormant partners re activated for business.
