Client’s Needs
  • Leads generated from different campaigns needed to be qualified as a prospect that fits the ideal customer profile (ICP) and can be qualified as Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) for Robotic Process Automation solutions
  • Lead list for tele-calling, training on the product & compelling assets were provided by the client.
EWA Solution
  • 2 dedicated tele-callers – One English & one Arabic speaking were allocated. A Minimum of 3 attempts were made to reach every contact with a valid phone number.
  • EWA tele-team would reach out to all the leads asking them pre-determined questions to assess if the firm could be BANT qualified.
  • A working file was uploaded online with access to all stakeholders in real-time so that the SDR’s at the clients end would accept the qualified leads.
