Customer requirement:

HPE were running their biggest global customer conference the HPE Discover, Middle East virtual event was part of the overall conference for their customers and partners. HPE needed to script and produce a 30-minute-long video featuring HPE Managing Directors, CTOs and key customers across Dubai, Riyadh & Qatar. The challenge was very tight timelines, coordinating with speakers and generating the content for the scripts and filming across three different countries simultaneously.

EWA Solution

Organized briefing calls with speakers from each of the three countries, to get the brief on the talking points and preferences, all in one working day. Scripting was done at double speed and shared with speakers for their approvals. Video production team was briefed in all three countries and site visits organized. Command center set up in the Dubai shoot location, and via an online meeting tool, EWA team was able to manage shoot in the other two locations.

Results

The end result was a slick, professionally finished high quality video segment that was to be part of the GCC component of the global virtual event for the client.
